AI-PR Rescue boats are real rugged, reliable performers

The AI-Rescue series is designed with the maximum versatility to satisfy the demands of diving, rescue and many other professional requirements. The AI-PR  series is also easy to trailer, launch and recover.

These very robust craft are manufactured with Have duty 1100 ditex PVC fiber or Hypalon material known to be very resistant to UV and abrasion. Along with extra strong accessories; double rubbing strake fender, lifelines with stainless steel D-rings, reinforcements with non-slip finish on top of the tubes, heavy duty inflation valves and pressure relief valves the standard equipment list is unmatched in the industry.

The deck has a non-slip finish directly integrated in the lamination process.

The design of the  hulls has been carefully developed to the different tasks and sea conditions that users may potentially face. The designs achieve an excellent balance of seaworthy performance, speed, running comfort and low fuel consumption due to it quick planning capabilities. 

At present BRIG produces 4 models of rescue boats:

  • a 6 men crew model with a sectional flooring and a Inflatable keel AI-PR400I;
  • a 8 men crew model with a sectional flooring and a Inflatable keel AI-PR450I;
  • a 6 men crew model with a rigid  fiberglass  flooring (RIB) AI-PR400R;
  • a 8 men crew model with a rigid  fiberglass  flooring (RIB) AI-PR450R
All the models are designed according to the requirements 
of Life Saving Appliances, Part II.
Of the Rules for Equipment of Sea-going Ships, 1999,
the requirements of SOLAS-74 and Amendments, LSA code.

All the models are tested according to recommendations of Resolution MSC.81(70).
